So true! Good observation. I remember my grandmother always wanted my sisters to wear pants under their dress and my sisters thought that was insane because no one did that. Then I find out in the colder regions it is very common and everyone does it. I also notice their shoes have thick soles. Is it fashion dictated by environment and culture?
